ZenDesk Node Library Announced

SpiceX (https://spicex.produtcs.site) has announced our new ZenDesk Node Library available NOW to be used with our No-Code/Low-Code Visual Process Editor. SpiceX node libraries provides content creators with drag and drop building blocks used to easily interact with account records from ZenDesk and create cases through their SpiceX instance. These no-code integration connectors are configured entirely through visual API configuration settings. Through SpiceX’s unique Platform Connection manager, you can even integrate data between multiple ZenDesk instances at the same time.

The SpiceX Platform Connection is easily configured by inputting just a few details about your ZenDesk instance into SpiceX. Once that is setup, the no-code nodes can be placed anywhere inside a new or existing process workflow to provide a visual GUI to build integration touchpoints that create, load, update, and delete data from Salesforce. Content creators, and ultimately end users, do not need to have direct access to ZenDesk but are still able to dynamically interact with the data from that system.
